Upload your artwork before checkout. Your proof is generated from the artwork you upload, and nothing is produced unapproved.
Receive
Standard production is 5–7 business days from order placement. Rush (2–3 business days) available for a 20% uplift.
Pricing on this page mirrors the same volume breaks built into the storefront checkout — no separate negotiation process, no hidden fees. FAQ
Common questions
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Most products have no minimum — you can order one. A few do: acrylic keychains start at 10, drink tags start at 20, stir sticks start at 12 and vinyl stickers start at 10. Volume pricing starts as low as 2 units on some items and the discount applies automatically at checkout.
Do prices on the quote lock in at the time I save?
No. Your quote link stays open for 30 days so you can share it and come back to it, but it is not a price lock. Prices are confirmed when you pay: each line is re-priced from our live catalogue at checkout, so you are charged the current price for those quantities.
Can I mix products in one order?
Yes. Some products share a bulk group — for example, all drinkware pools quantities for the purpose of reaching tier thresholds. You will see a note on each line when pooling is active.
How does artwork work?
Artwork always comes first. In the online designer you build and approve the live preview yourself before checkout, so what you approve is what gets made. For bulk quotes and logo jobs you upload your logo or artwork before checkout (checkout stays locked until every item has its file), and your proof is generated from the artwork you upload. Either way nothing is produced without your approval.
What file formats do you accept?
SVG and AI (Adobe Illustrator) are preferred — vector scales to any size with no quality loss, which matters most for engraving and type. We also accept EPS, PDF (vector), PNG, JPG / JPEG and GIF, WEBP, HEIC; raster files need to be 300 DPI at final print size, with a transparent background for logos. Contour-cut products need a PNG with a transparent background. BMP, Word, PowerPoint files are not accepted — export to PNG, SVG or PDF first.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the United States only — all 50 states and DC, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus APO/FPO/DPO military addresses and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands). We do not ship to Canada or internationally. If you need an international order, email hello@thelasercraft.co and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Can I get a physical sample before placing a full order?
Yes. Order a single unit at the standard (non-bulk) price from our samples page — half of what you pay comes back as a credit toward any later order of $500 or more, good for 90 days and stackable with bulk pricing. We treat every order with the same production quality regardless of size.
