Shipping information
Standard production runs 5–7 business days from order placement. Rush production (2–3 days) available for 20% fee. Shipping adds 2–5 business days on top — ground from Las Vegas, so West Coast addresses land at the fast end and East Coast at the slow end.
Shipping costs
Free U.S. shipping on orders over $50. Under $50, rates calculate at checkout from the order size and the delivery zip — you see the exact number before you put a card down. We ship to the US only.
Production & fulfillment
Each piece is custom, so production kicks off after your order is placed and your art clears review. We check every file for sizing and positioning before we cut, print, or engrave.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. Carrier varies by destination and product.
Packaging
Every piece is wrapped individually and packed with padding sized to the order. Drinkware and acrylic ride double-boxed when the run calls for it.
