What's the latest we can order for December holiday delivery?
Order by December 8th on standard production, or December 14th with rush (2–3 business days, +20%, up to 150 pieces; 151–250 pieces rush in 3–4 business days, and larger orders should contact us for a date), and your order ships by December 17th. Ground transit from our Las Vegas studio adds 2–5 business days depending on distance — we commit to the ship date, not the delivery date, so order in October or November if the date is fixed. Both cutoffs assume we have final artwork on day one. Our studio is closed December 24th through January 1st.
Can we add a custom holiday message to each gift?
Yes — each unit can have a unique engraving. Most holiday programs use a fixed message (same text on all items) to simplify artwork, but personalized messages per recipient are possible. Submit a spreadsheet with recipient name and custom text. Unique engravings don't add per-unit cost.
Do you offer rush production for late holiday orders?
Yes — rush production (2–3 business days) is available and is the standard recommendation for any order placed after mid-November. Rush adds a production fee but significantly compresses the window. Contact us directly if you're inside 5 business days of a hard deadline.
