Methodology
- —Production time is measured from order creation to ship date. The production clock starts at order placement — designs are approved in the editor before checkout, so there is no separate proof step for standard orders.
- —On-time threshold is 7 business days from order creation, matching our published SLA of 5–7 business days from order placement.
- —Data source: Etsy channel orders processed through our Las Vegas studio (tracked in our production system since May 21, 2026). Direct website channel shipment data integration is in progress.
- —Business days excludes Saturdays and Sundays. US federal holidays are included in the count.
