We accept SVG, AI, EPS, PDF, and high-resolution PNG files. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) produce the best results for laser engraving. If you only have a low-resolution image, our team will review it and reach out if adjustments are needed.

Our team checks your artwork file. We size and position it for your product. If something looks off (low resolution, missing fonts, a logo that won’t engrave cleanly), we email you before anything goes to production.

Laser engraving burns through the surface coating to reveal the stainless steel underneath. The result is a permanent single-tone mark that won’t fade, peel, or wash off. UV printing lays full-color ink onto the surface and cures it under UV light, so it's scratch- and fade-resistant. Both hold up to daily use — hand wash recommended to preserve the finish.

Standard production is 5–7 business days, kicking off within 24 hours of your artwork being ready. Shipping adds 3–5 business days depending on your zip. Most orders land 8–12 business days from when you click order. Rush production (2–3 business days, +20% fee) is available at checkout.

Our team reviews every logo before production starts. If the resolution won’t hold up, or the engraving won’t read cleanly at the size you picked, we email you with options before we cut, print, or fire the laser.

Yes. Your artwork stays on file with the order, sized and positioned exactly the way we ran it the first time. Reorders take about a minute and match the original piece edge-for-edge.
