How do we trigger an order?
Drop a roster in our form, send a CSV, or just email us. For high-volume programs we can wire into your HRIS — talk to us.
What awards do you offer?
Engraved drinkware, journals, desk plaques, keychains, leather coasters, golf balls — everything in our 12 product families. Mix and match by tier.
Can we have different awards for different tiers?
Yes. Most programs use 3 tiers (e.g., 1y / 5y / 10y). We pre-set the awards so triggering an order is one click per recipient.
Do you handle the personalization message?
Yes. Send the recipient name and the message line — we engrave or UV-print it on the piece. Different messages per recipient are fine.
How fast can we get an award out?
Standard production is 5–7 business days from proof approval, plus shipping. Most recognition gifts arrive within 8–12 business days. Rush production (2–3 business days, +20% fee) is available.
Can we ship to the recipient’s home?
Yes — that’s what most programs do. Send the home address with the roster row, or have the recipient enter it in the program portal.
